Article 6 (Particularly grave forms of smuggling or trafficking precious minerals and minerals) In cases where the circumstances of the act of smuggling and trafficking precious minerals and minerals are particularly grave, the death penalty and confiscation of property shall be imposed. Article 9 (Crime of hiding foreign currency) A person who has entrusted foreign currency to places like banks or companies of other countries shall be sentenced to reform through labour for less than 5 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour for more than 5 years and less than 10 years shall be imposed. Article 10 (Crime of violating construction regulations) A person who has done construction by violating regulations related to construction shall be sentenced to short-term labour of less than 2 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour shall be imposed for less than 3 years. Article 11 (Particularly grave forms of smuggling and trafficking drugs) In cases where the circumstances of acts of smuggling and trafficking drugs are particularly grave, the death penalty or confiscation of property shall be imposed. Article 12 (Crime of violating an order to store or supply drugs or raw material for drugs) A person who has violated an order to store or supply drugs and their raw materials shall be sentenced to reform through labour for less than 3 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour of more than 3 years and less than 5 years shall be imposed.
