Adopted on December 19, 2007, as Directive No. 2483 of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly Article 1 (Particularly grave forms of intentional damage to combat technology equipment or military facilities) In cases where the circumstances of acts of intentionally damaging combat technology equipment or military facilities are praticularly grave, the the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 2 (Particularly grave forms of the crime of plundering property of the state) In cases where the circumstances of acts of plundering property of the state are particularly grave, the death penalty and confiscation of property shall be imposed. Article 3 (Particularly grave forms of robbery of property of the State) In cases where the circumstances of the act of robbery of property of the State are particularly grave, the death penalty and confiscation of property shall be imposed. Article 4 (Particularly grave forms of intentional damage to property of the State) In cases where the circumstances of the act of intentional damage to property of the State are particularly grave, the death penalty shall be imposed.
