Article 13 (Crime of illegally cooperating with people living in other countries) A person who has illegally cooperated with people living in other countries for selfish purposes shall be sentenced to short-term labour of less than 2 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour of less than 3 years shall be imposed. Article 14 (Particularly grave forms of crime of absconding from reform) In cases where a person who has received a severe sentence and is serving a penalty has absconded, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 15 (Crime of overlooking a crime) In cases where a legal worker who has overlooked a crime for a selfish purpose or has released criminals, short-term labour of less than 2 years shall be imposed. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour of less than 3 years shall be imposed. Article 16 (Interference in resolution of a case) A person who intentionally interferes in the resolution of a case by using his or her authority, office or job for a selfish purpose or ignoble motives shall be sentenced to short-term labour for less than 2 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, a term of reform of labour for less than 5 years shall be imposed. Article 17 (Particularly grave forms of delinquent acts) In particularly grave cases of delinquent acts, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 18 (Crime of illegal operations) A person who has illegally operated things like a restaurant, inn or shop shall be sentenced to reform through labour for less than 5 years. In cases where a particularly large amount of profit has been obtained for illegal operating acts, reform through labour of more than 5 years and less than 10 years. In cases where the circumstances are grave, reform through labour of more than 10 years shall be imposed. In cases where sexual services have been organized in operating a restaurant or an inn, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 19 (Particularly grave forms of intentional infliction of grave injury) In particularly grave cases of intentional infliction of grave injury, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 20 (Particularly grave forms of crime of kidnapping)
