In cases where the circumstances of an act of kidnapping a person are particularly grave, the death penalty shall be imposed. Article 21 (Particularly grave forms of rape) In particularly grave cases of rape, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty may be imposed. Article 22 (Particularly grave forms of robbery of personal property) In cases of particularly grave circumstances of acts of robbery of personal property, the death penalty and confiscation of property shall be imposed. Article 23 (Crimes where life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty may exceptionally be imposed) Where the circumstances of several criminal acts committed by criminals are particularly grave, or a person has absolutely no rehabilitation, life-time term of reform through labour or the death penalty shall be imposed.
